tb in normal pk?

wondering if there would be any chance where edge could be a tb zone, i just hate it when i have a long fight with someone, i'm barraging so they cant run and then they tele away when im about to kill them. i just find it relly anoying. having tb would be a big advantage for anti massing. a lot of people hit-veng-barrage-hit-venge-barrage ECT but if you could tb in normal then that would stop that happening by a big percentage. Also if the bhpkscape community gets any bigger there would have to be clans, and of course there would be clan wars so tb would make that more fun.

I dont want it, too many people is advantaging this tb. Many just tb them, then barrage ang veng mass so they die. Btw is it coming a timer too veng soon? A no from me
